Homeowners Association
Our mission is to create and perpetuate a safe, fun and attractive environment that protects our families and our home investment. We will
accomplish this goal through the active involvement of every member of
this subdivision who wishes to get involved.
The Board of Directors will meet quarterly to set objectives and continually monitor our progress. Issues to be considered for the next year include, but are certainly not limited to:

*Develop a homeowner’s road committee to
investigate options and make recommendations for further
repairs
*Posting “No Solicitation” signs at both entrances.
*Lighting for our East entrance sign.
*Upgrading our current streetlights.
*Organizing a Neighborhood Watch program.
*Address diseased Austrian Pines along Owen Road.
Revitalization of committees to take ownership of neighborhood activities and projects:
- Welcoming new neighbors
- Annual Directory updates
- Overseeing the upkeep of vacant properties
- Planning our annual Garage Sale
- Enforce covenants and bi-laws
- Planning activities involving the neighborhood kids
